Everything you need to know before booking your first visit.
The Meet & Greet lets Macy visit your home, meet your pets, learn their personalities and routines, and ensure everyone feels comfortable before any bookings are made. It's free, takes about 20–30 minutes, and requires absolutely no commitment.
After your Meet & Greet, Macy will personally send you a booking link via text. You can use it anytime to browse her available time blocks and schedule your service. You'll also receive a handy QR card so you never have to hunt for the link again.
We do not offer overnight boarding or overnight stays at this time. Our services are dog walking, in-home pet sitting, and drop-in visits. We find pets are happiest in their own home — and our visit-based services are designed to keep them comfortable without overnights.
Payment is collected securely at the time of booking via credit or debit card through Stripe — the same payment technology trusted by millions of businesses. You'll receive an automatic receipt by email after every transaction.
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before a scheduled visit receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours retain a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. This policy protects the time Macy has set aside specifically for your pet.
Your pet's safety is our top priority. During onboarding you'll provide your vet's contact info and authorize emergency care. Macy will always try to reach you first. If you're unavailable in a true emergency, she's authorized to take your pet to the nearest emergency vet — and you'll be notified immediately.
Absolutely! We love cats and welcome birds and small animals too. Cat rates mirror our dog rates, with just $5 per visit for extra cats in the same household. Just mention your other pets during the Meet & Greet and we'll make sure your whole family is covered.
